You may recognize this family because I have photographed them a couple of times. The Nagel’s are a lot of fun, their boys have really cute/ vibrant personalities. These were taken at a local winery in New Castle, CA called Dono del Cielo where she works. I love the colors of grape leaves in the fall. Their yellow glow is really pretty. Enjoy the pictures.

I had the opportunity to photograph baby Caroline a few days after she was born. She is definitely the most bright eyed newborn I have ever met. She didn’t want to miss a thing so closing her eyes was not an option. Fortunately, her Dad and Mom love her bright eyes so it worked out perfectly. Congratulations Matt and Traci on your beautiful baby girl, she is precious!!!

Dono dal Cielo Vineyard and Winery is located in Newcastle, Ca right on Wise Road. I have been to the winery a few times to take pictures of special events, the tasting room and of course to taste their wine! Their wines are AMAZING and the atmosphere is is fun. I photographed Matt and Traci’s wedding back in 2010 up in Redding, California. I was so happy when I found out they were pregnant! Not only because they asked me to do maternity and newborn photos, but because it meant I was going to be and Uncle again (Traci and my wife’s little sister). We did their maternity pictures back in November while they were visiting. They welcomed a beautiful baby girl in January…I am hoping to post her newborn pictures next week!

As you can tell these pictures were not taken in the last couple months. My time has been devoted to getting all my 2011 weddings and engagements posted. Happy Valentine’s Day! I met up with these two love birds back in October to do their engagement photos. We hit up a few locations in Auburn then headed down to one of their friends ranches down in Lincoln for a few more pictures. The ranch was simply amazing, there was a really pretty pond with a row boat that we were able to incorporate in some of their engagement pictures.
