South Lake Tahoe Wedding Photographer ~ Tyler & Karen Wedding at The Edgewood at Lake Tahoe
AMAZING…There is no other word to describe Tyler, Karen and The Edgewood at Lake Tahoe!!! I first met Tyler and Karen last spring in South Lake Tahoe to shoot their engagement photos. It ended up being a very cold and windy Saturday afternoon, but we had so much fun going around the lake to a few different locations and getting to know each other. Tyler and Karen currently live in Ohio, but met here in California a few years back while working for Budweiser. They feel in love with Lake Tahoe while living in California so they decided to get married there. But, honestly who doesn’t fall in love with Lake Tahoe! Personally it is one of my favorite places on Earth!
Their wedding was beautiful, Karen was stunning, Tyler was looking his best, the bridal party was a kick in the pants funny, the views were amazing, the weather was perfect and the sunset did not disappoint.
Congrats Tyler and Karen, I hope you move back to California so I can work with you again.

South Lake Tahoe Wedding Photographer ~ Jenny and Ray
I had never photographed a couples wedding without meeting them before hand, but there is always a first for everything. Jenny and Ray are from Philadelphia so I had only spoken with them over the phone before meeting them on their wedding day. Like all other photographers I like to know the couples personalities before working with them…outgoing vs. reserved, laid back vs. on the go. Like all of other brides and grooms I have worked with Jenny and Ray were a lot of fun to work with. They tied the knot back in August in South Lake Tahoe at Saint Theresa Catholic Church and held the reception at the South Lake Tahoe Golf Course. The Lake Tahoe Golf Course has breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and amazing grounds. Ray is in the Navy so he was looking his best in his uniform along side his stunning new wife. I love how they incorporated their swords in the ceremony (be sure to check out the pictures below). Congrats Jenny and Ray!

South Lake Tahoe Wedding Photographer ~ Jennifer and Richard
I always struggle to find words to describe weddings, but their is no other word than AMAZING to describe Jennifer and Richard’s wedding. They got married in Monterey in June (I know I am behind on my blog posts). My main foces this summer was to shoot a wedding and get all the edited images back to the couple within a few weeks. Since I was hard at work doing that I never had a moment to blog this summer. So over the next few months I will be posting a wedding or event every week. Anyways, back to the wedding. There was so much love radiating between the couple, it was just hard not to ignore. The weather was on our side the entire time, everywhere in Monterey was extremely foggy the entire day except at the country club where the wedding was held. I hope you enjoy all the photos.
